JERAA SYSTEM AUDIT
You invested in a CRM to help organize your business, improve follow-up, automate repetitive work, and create a better experience for your customers.
But as your business changes, your CRM changes with it — and over time, it can become difficult to know what's working, what's outdated, what's missing, and what you should tackle next.
The Jeraa System Audit gives you a comprehensive, business-focused review of your current CRM so you can see what's working, what's getting in the way, what you're not taking advantage of, and exactly what deserves attention first.

Human-reviewed audit · Prioritized Action Planner · 45-Minute Roadmap Review

Your system probably didn't become complicated overnight. It grew as your business grew — new workflows, new forms, new offers, new team members, and new ways of doing things.
Your system has grown over time, and it's difficult to tell what's still important, what's outdated, and what depends on what.
Old or duplicate pieces may be obvious — what's less obvious is whether they're still connected to something important.
The question isn't whether more features exist. It's which capabilities could actually make a difference for your business.
Follow-up, handoffs, customer communication, internal tasks, or other day-to-day processes may still depend heavily on your team.
Processes evolve. The system that made sense when it was originally built may not fully support how you operate today.
There may be dozens of things you could change. The more important question is what actually deserves attention first.
Your System Audit combines a comprehensive review of your existing CRM environment with the way your business is actually supposed to operate.
That lets us look beyond whether an automation is simply turned “on” and ask a much more useful question:
Is your system helping the right things happen, at the right time, with less manual effort and fewer opportunities for something to fall through the cracks?
How inquiries enter your system, what happens after someone raises their hand, and whether follow-up supports the way your business actually sells.
How your CRM supports the path from interested prospect to paying customer, including handoffs, pipeline movement, and next steps where relevant.
How bookings, reminders, confirmations, and related customer communication work together when scheduling is part of your business.
What happens after someone becomes a customer and how your system supports onboarding, handoffs, ongoing work, and service delivery.
How your system could support ongoing relationships through appropriate follow-up, rebooking, renewals, reviews, referrals, reactivation, or other retention opportunities.
The workflows, forms, funnels, calendars, fields, tags, and other infrastructure supporting your system behind the scenes.
Your audit doesn't stop at what's already been built. We also evaluate capabilities you're not currently using to determine whether there are meaningful opportunities for your CRM to better support your business.
We don't recommend features simply because your CRM has them. Recommendations are based on what's actually relevant to your business.

Understand how your CRM is working today - and where better systems could reduce friction, manual work, and missed follow-up.
This Isn't a Checklist of Everything We Can Find Wrong
Technology helps us review your system comprehensively, but your finished audit isn't produced by pushing a button and handing you a spreadsheet.
A workflow with zero sends isn't automatically broken. An old tag isn't automatically safe to delete. And having dozens of automations doesn't necessarily mean your CRM is working well.
That's why every audit combines technical system evidence with human strategic review — interpreted in the context of your business model, customer journey, existing processes, CRM infrastructure, and operational needs.
Your audit is personally reviewed by Kelsey at Jeraa Marketing, bringing together hands-on experience in business operations, CRM strategy, automation, customer journeys, and HighLevel implementation.
We look at how everything connects, what your business actually needs, what should be protected, what needs validation, and which changes could create the biggest operational impact.
The result isn't a giant cleanup list. It's a prioritized plan you can actually use.
Not everything needs to change. Existing systems that are doing their job should be recognized and protected.
Identify gaps, friction, inconsistencies, unnecessary manual work, or processes that aren't supporting the business as well as they could.
Look for capabilities that could genuinely improve how the business operates — not features for the sake of features.
Separate what deserves attention now from what can come next, wait until later, or simply be monitored.
The goal isn't more automation. It's a system that better supports your business.
Every component of the audit is designed to give you clearer visibility into your system and practical direction for what to address next.
A clear, business-owner-friendly assessment of where your system stands today, what's working, what needs attention, and where meaningful opportunities exist.
Recommendations organized around what deserves attention first, what should come next, what can wait, and what may simply need to be monitored.
A working tool for deciding what you'll handle internally, where you want Jeraa's help, what requires a business decision, and what isn't a priority right now.
Meet one-on-one with Kelsey to review your findings, answer questions, prioritize next steps, and determine what makes sense to handle internally versus where you may want Jeraa's help.
Your audit doesn't just inventory what's inside your CRM. It connects what we find to how your business operates — and shows you what deserves attention first.
Some appear inactive, have low usage, or may overlap.
Your CRM has the pieces needed to manage the customer lifecycle, but ownership and stage movement are spread across multiple processes.
Leads or clients can fall between processes, while reporting and follow-up become harder to trust.
Establish one clear lifecycle control model before adding more automation.
Your Action Planner organizes each recommendation by priority, why it matters, and what it would involve — so you leave knowing what deserves attention and what comes next.
Example shown for illustration. Every System Audit is based on your business, CRM structure, processes, and available system evidence.

Creates clearer ownership and more reliable movement through the customer journey.
Define lifecycle stages and ownership, map key transitions, align workflows and fields, then test the primary paths.
Reduces the chance that important client follow-up depends entirely on someone remembering.
Define follow-up milestones, ownership and triggers, then build the appropriate tasks, reminders or automation.
Low or zero activity doesn't automatically mean an automation is broken or unnecessary.
Confirm expected traffic and intended use before deciding whether anything should be changed or retired.

You have an active HighLevel or HighLevel-powered system with real business processes to review.
Your system has evolved over time.
Workflows, forms, fields, tags, calendars, or processes have been added or changed as your business has grown.
Some things still feel more manual than they should.
Follow-up, handoffs, customer communication, internal tasks, or other processes still depend heavily on you or your team.

You know your system has more capability, but you want to understand what would actually matter for your business.
You're considering changes and want clarity first.
Before rebuilding, migrating, or investing in more automation, you want an experienced second set of eyes.
You don't currently have a CRM/system to audit. In that case, Jeraa can help you determine what should be built rather than auditing something that doesn't yet exist.

You'll receive an email with a link to complete your short Business Snapshot. After that, we'll provide instructions for establishing secure, read-only CRM access and take it from there.
