What Happens After Your Purchase

    You’ll receive your receipt, welcome details, and Jeraa CRM login.

  2. Complete Your Onboarding Form
    Tell us about your business, team, current tools, client journey, workflows, AI needs, and implementation priorities.

  3. Complete Support-Team Onboarding
    Attend your Technical Connection & Setup and System Overview sessions. The support team will help connect key platform tools, introduce essential features, and show you how to access ongoing technical support.

  4. Plan Your CORE+ Implementation
    Meet with Jeraa to align your priorities, map your workflows, design your system, and establish the automation and AI foundation included with CORE+.

  5. Build, Review, and Prepare to Launch
    We’ll configure your expanded CORE+ foundation, review your workflows and AI setup with you, make included refinements, and complete your Optimization Review & Final Walkthrough.

Your Advanced Setup & AI Implementation

Your one-time $3,500 fee covers the expanded configuration, automation, AI implementation, and guided planning needed to establish your CORE+ foundation.

Your standard CORE+ setup includes:

  • Import of up to 5,000 contacts from up to two clean, approved files

  • Approved field mapping and exact-duplicate removal

  • Up to four pipelines

  • Up to five calendars

  • Up to five forms or surveys

  • Up to ten standard or moderately customized workflows

  • Up to twelve combined email and text templates

  • Expanded lead qualification and pipeline-routing logic

  • CORE+ system and template installation

  • Assistance connecting standard communication channels

  • User-access and payment-connection assistance as needed

  • One approved initial AI Employee use case

  • Initial AI prompt, knowledge, qualification, routing, or booking configuration based on the approved use case

    Review the configured system, workflows, and initial AI Employee setup and identify included refinements.

  • Optimization Review & Final Walkthrough
    Confirm final adjustments, review how the system works together, and prepare your team to begin using it.

Estimated implementation: Approximately 4–6 weeks after all required information, access, and materials have been received.

Additional Implementation Needs

Additional migrations, complex integrations, extensive data cleanup, custom development, additional AI use cases, major funnels or campaigns, or other needs outside the standard CORE+ setup will be reviewed with you and quoted separately before additional work begins.

Ongoing CORE+ Optimization

CORE+ includes up to five hours of advanced configuration and system optimization each month to help your CRM, automation, workflows, and AI capabilities continue evolving with your business.

Your included optimization time may be used for:

  • Advanced workflow and automation adjustments

  • CRM and pipeline optimization

  • Lead qualification and routing improvements

  • AI Employee configuration and refinement

  • Updates to existing forms, calendars, funnels, and templates

  • Operational workflow improvements

  • Troubleshooting and system corrections

  • Smaller system additions or restructuring

  • Implementation of priorities identified during strategy sessions

  • Guidance related to your existing CORE+ system

Quarterly Strategy Sessions

CORE+ also includes quarterly strategy sessions focused on identifying where your systems can better support the business.

These conversations may include:

  • Current operational bottlenecks

  • Workflow and automation opportunities

  • AI opportunities

  • Lead-management processes

  • CRM utilization

  • Scalability and system readiness

  • Priorities for your included optimization time

Strategy sessions are separate from your five monthly configuration hours. Implementation resulting from those sessions is completed within the available CORE+ optimization hours or quoted separately when it falls outside the standard scope.

Included optimization hours are intended for ongoing improvement—not unlimited implementation, managed advertising, ongoing campaign management, extensive content creation, large migrations, complex integrations, major new funnels, or custom software development.

Larger needs can be reviewed and quoted separately as a Systems Project. Businesses seeking ongoing marketing, lead-generation, retention, and broader growth management may be better suited for GLOW.

Included monthly optimization hours expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over.

Before You Complete Your Purchase

  • CORE+ is an expanded CRM, automation, AI, and system-optimization solution—not a fully managed marketing or growth service.

  • You and your team remain responsible for the normal day-to-day use of the system.

  • Advanced setup, AI implementation, and ongoing optimization are provided within the defined CORE+ scope.

  • CORE+ includes up to five hours of advanced configuration and optimization support each month.

  • Included monthly optimization hours expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over.

  • Quarterly strategy sessions help identify priorities. Implementation is completed within available optimization hours or quoted separately when it falls outside the included scope.

  • Additional migrations, integrations, AI use cases, custom builds, extensive cleanup, campaigns, and project-based work require separate approval and pricing.

  • Email, text, phone, AI usage, advertising spend, payment-processing fees, and certain third-party services are billed separately when applicable.

  • Your subscription renews automatically according to the billing option selected until canceled in accordance with your agreement.
