You and your team remain responsible for the normal day-to-day use of your CRM. Jeraa provides the setup, support, and ongoing configuration assistance included with your plan.

*Email, text, phone, AI, and certain third-party services are billed separately based on usage.

$50 Activation Credit Included

You’ll receive a one-time $50 credit in your Jeraa CRM wallet to help you get started with eligible usage-based services, including phone, email, text messaging, and AI usage.

After the activation credit has been used, applicable services are billed separately based on your actual usage.

What Happens After Your Purchase

  1. Receive Your Welcome Information
    You’ll receive your receipt, welcome details, and Jeraa CRM login.

  2. Complete Your Onboarding Form
    Tell us about your business, team, current tools, client journey, and setup priorities.

  3. Complete Support-Team Onboarding
    Attend your Technical Connection & Setup and System Overview sessions.     The support team will help connect key platform tools, introduce essential features, and show you how to access ongoing technical support.

  4. Plan Your Jeraa Implementation
    Meet with Jeraa to confirm your pipelines, calendars, workflows, automation, and included setup.

  5. Build and Review Your System
    We’ll configure your included CORE foundation and complete your Implementation Review & Final Walkthrough.

Your System Setup & Implementation

Your one-time $1,000 fee covers the standard configuration and guided implementation needed to establish your CORE foundation.

Your standard setup includes:

  • One clean CSV import of up to 2,500 contacts

  • Approved field mapping and exact-duplicate removal

  • Up to two pipelines

  • Up to two calendars

  • Up to two forms or surveys

  • Up to four standard workflows

  • Up to six combined email and text templates

  • Basic pipeline routing

  • CORE system and template installation

  • Assistance connecting standard communication channels

Two Support-Team Onboarding Sessions

  • System Overview

Two Jeraa Implementation Sessions

  • Configuration Planning

  • Implementation Review & Final Walkthrough

Estimated implementation: Approximately 2–4 weeks after all required information and materials have been received.

Additional Implementation Needs

Additional migrations, integrations, data cleanup, custom builds, or other needs outside the standard setup scope will be reviewed with you and quoted separately before additional work begins.

Ongoing CORE Support

CORE includes up to two hours of hands-on configuration support each month for maintenance and smaller updates to your existing system.

This may include:

  • Minor workflow or automation adjustments

  • Configuration changes

  • Troubleshooting and fixes

  • Minor pipeline, calendar, form, or template updates

  • Guidance related to your existing CORE setup

Included monthly hours are intended for maintenance and smaller adjustments—not major new builds, complex integrations, large migrations, extensive data cleanup, campaign management, or significant system restructuring.

Larger needs can be reviewed and quoted separately as a Systems Project.

Included monthly configuration hours expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over.

Before You Complete Your Purchase

  • CORE is a supported CRM and automation solution, not a fully managed service.

  • You and your team remain responsible for the normal day-to-day use of the system.

  • Setup, implementation, and ongoing support are provided within the defined CORE scope.

  • Additional migrations, integrations, custom builds, extensive cleanup, and project-based work require separate approval and pricing.

  • Email, text, phone, AI, and certain third-party services are billed separately based on usage.

  • Your subscription renews automatically according to the billing option selected until canceled in accordance with your agreement.

  • Included monthly configuration hours expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over.
